Yes. All our dosages are well within the safe upper limits set by EFSA. Water-soluble vitamins (B vitamins, vitamin C) are simply flushed out if you have too much — no buildup, no toxicity. Fat-soluble vitamins (D3, K2) are stored, and we are safely well within those limits.

Multivitamin & D3 Strips are vegetarian, the rest of the strips are vegan. We use plant-based pullulan instead of animal gelatin as the strip base. Our K2 comes from natto fermentation (plant-based), and our B12 is fermentation-based.
