SHIPPING

Of course, we want to deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible. That’s why we process and ship orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on time are often processed and shipped the same day. The estimated delivery time varies by country and is listed in the overview below.

Please note: The delivery times listed are estimates. In exceptional cases—such as high volume at the carrier, holidays, weather conditions, or temporary stock shortages—delivery may take a little longer.

SHIPPING COSTS

For orders under €30, shipping costs €3.95. For orders of €30 or more, shipping is free.

For orders to other European countries, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EUROPE

Delivery times for orders outside Europe vary by destination. On average, you can expect a delivery time of 5–8 business days.

TRACK & TRACE

As soon as your order has been processed and your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to track your order and see when it is expected to be delivered.

REJECTED PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND ABSENT RECIPIENTS

Deliveries are handled by our carriers, including PostNL and DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as we are dependent on the carrier’s schedule and route.

Therefore, always double-check that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

A package is returned to us because:

  • the address provided is incorrect or incomplete;
  • the package is refused at the door;
  • the package is not accepted and is subsequently not picked up on time at a pickup location;

this will result in additional shipping, return, and processing fees. In such cases, we may charge these fees, up to a maximum of 50% of the purchase price, to cover the logistics costs incurred.
