What are FRAMES wax strips?

How do I use a strip?
Place 1 strip on or under your tongue and let it dissolve completely. Try not to eat or drink anything while it dissolves, so the strip can work its magic.
When is the best time to take a FRAMES melt strip?
Always follow the recommended dosage and instructions on the label. Most vitamins are best taken in the morning or around noon. Since you don't need water, you can easily take a strip on the go. The sleep strips are best taken in the evening, right before bed.
